Our costs rose significantly again in 2023 although not at the same percentage as in 2022, so we are going to, if we can absorb the blow, keep prices the same as long as we can into 2024.

Rally prices are the same as holiday rates: +20% over lowest-season rates.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If 48 or more hours' notice is given from the date and time of check-in, there's zero penalty. Fewer than 48 hours and the entire reservation, including all services reserved, must be paid.

IMPORTANT:
Our lobby is open for drop-offs and pickups between 7-9 a.m. and 4-6 p.m. From 9-4 our lobby is closed and locked while we care for our guests. *If you must have a drop-off or pickup time between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., we will set a special appointment for you. In return, we ask that you be on time. We will unlock our lobby door at your appointment time and wait a max of 15 minutes before we lock it again and return to serving our guests.

Early/late drop-offs and pickups:
If you must pick up or drop off before we open at 7 a.m. or after we close at 6:00 p.m., we are happy to open for you. For this service we charge $50.

*Day play packages are only available for locals (western SD residents), They are not gift certificates or store credits that can be used to pay for any services. They are nonrefundable and for day play only. They expire one year from the date of purchase.
